Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClipIt mobile application ("App") operated by Renew Technology Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App

ClipIt Pro Subscriptions

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("ClipIt Pro") available as a monthly or annual plan. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free trials, where offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Renew Technology Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Your Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renew Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
